Ravinder brings with him rich experience in Manufacturing Operations of Biotechnology industry in the areas of Vaccines and Biologics. Ravinder expertise spans from manufacturing operations like fermentation, cell culture, process development, scale-up, technology transfer, validations to supply chain management and regulatory audits for product registration. He completed his M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biophysics from Biophysics Department, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India.

Prior to joining CPL Biologicals, Ravinder was associated with the biotechnology industry in various roles. He was involved in the Green field projects for setting up new vaccine manufacturing facility and also Brown field projects for the capacity enhancement of existing vaccine manufacturing facilities. He has a wide ranging experience in different roles and at different positions in Bharat Immunological & Biological Corporation Ltd. UP, Human Biological Institute, Hyderabad and Panacea Biotec Ltd., Delhi.

Dr.Nirav is a biotech research professional with more than 18 years of industrial research experience in advancing Vaccines, Biologics and Diagnostic from PoC to commercialization. He has expertise in innovations, setting up PoC, process development, method development, technology transfer, facility start-up, and CRAMS management. He is experienced in all aspects of technical operations including large-scale bioreactor operations, downstream process and analytical development. He has been responsible for development of innovative cancer vaccines and immunomodulatorsand is currently developing Baculovirus-Sf9 system based Novel vaccines for Influenza, Rabies, EBOLA, MERS and Zika.

Niravcompleted his BS(Hons) in Microbiology and Biotechnology from the Mumbai University, India; MS (MSc) in Medical technology with Clinical Biochemistry from Narmad University, Surat, Indiaand PhD in Life sciences from Ahmedabad University, India.

Atin brings with him comprehensive experience in the biotechnology industry especially in the areas of vaccines and biologics. Atin’s expertise spans from process development, scale-up, technology transfer and manufacturing operations to business development, licensing and commercialization.

Prior to joining CPL Biologicals, Atin was associated with the iotechnology industry in various roles. He was involved in the development of biologics/bio-therapeutics from the early stages of development to commercial manufacturing at Human Genome Sciences Inc., Amgen Inc. and Syngene International Limited (aBiocon Company). At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., MSD Wellcome Trust Hilleman Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and International Vaccine Institute (IVI).Atin was involved in Business Development & Licensing, Partnerships and Collaborations, Program Management, Alliance Management and Commercialization for Biosimilars and Vaccines.

Atin completed his BTech (Hons) in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India, MS in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA and Post-Graduate Programme in Management (MBA) in Finance and Strategy & Leadership from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India.

Amitabha Banerjee is a commerce graduate (BCom Hons) and holds a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta (MCom). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the International Institute of Management Sciences, Calcutta. He has a rich experience of more than 35 years as senior management in various functions such as Corporate Finance, Accounts, MIS, International Business, HR, etc. Before joining Cadila Pharmaceuticals, he served in Tyre Corporation of India Limited and Rajinder Steels Limited.
